A Work-Out for Computer Users

Let me first say, I am no athlete. I have not been consistent with making time to exercise, but I believe in the benefits.

After Judah was born, I chose to stay close to home since it was less stressful on all three of us. In that time, I experimented with various video exercise programs.

By far, the Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred made me feel the best. As an avid desktop and laptop user, I feel the upper body strength training revives my muscles. I would recommend this program to anyone looking to warm-up and strengthen their muscles for overall comfort and pain prevention.

Injury prevention and muscle care is a topic close to my heart. My mom manages chronic fibro-mialgia on a daily basis. She will tell you that her upper body pain followed computer over-use as well as years of 'over-doing-it.'

I live in the red zone of 'over-doing-it.' I am as determined as the little red hen about projects (large and small, home and work) that I take on. Still, there's nothing like pain to inspire a life-style change. I am witness to my mothers, and appreciate strengthening work-outs like Jillian's.
